The 4-foot fall height rating aids in preventing head injuries from a fall of up to 4 feet. It conforms to the ASTM F1292 standard specification for impact attenuation of surfacing materials for playgrounds and Head Injury Criteria (HIC) ratings under 570.

• Proper application of adhesive to the KrosLOCK joint is critical to the overall performance of the Sterling system and is mandatory for all outdoor applications.
• Using too little adhesive, or applying the adhesive in the incorrect location will result in failure of the locking system, and will void the warranty.
• Only use adhesive provided by or recommended by the manufacturer.
• Only use the application equipment provided by the manufacturer.
• Adhesives sold and shipped separately.
For orders of 250 tiles or more (covering at least 1,000 square feet), this product requires some level of site supervision during installation from the product manufacturer, and our customer service team can help you figure out the best means of satisfying this requirement for our rubber outdoor tiles.
Some black or color will rub off to some extent under normal use. This is common contact wear with this type of rubber tile.
Constant UV exposure can cause some color fading as well which is normal for outdoor rubber tiles.
